EVERY WEDNESDAY – YOGA FLOW | 6:00PM – 7:00PM

There’s something special happening on Wednesday nights at Discover.

For one hour, the noise quiets down. The distractions fade. The focus shifts back to your breath, your body, and the present moment.

It’s grounding. It’s calming. It’s strengthening. It’s challenging in all the right ways, while still leaving space for grace, growth, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Yoga Flow is more than just movement—it’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, quiet the noise, and give your mind and body exactly what it needs.

Move with your breath through smooth, connected sequences designed to help you feel calm, strong, and balanced. Classes include gentle holds and optional challenges, so you can move at your own pace. You’ll be guided with clear instruction on breathing, body alignment, and mindful movement, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and stronger than when you arrived.

Whether you’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, this class is for you. All levels are welcome, with options to make it easier, more challenging, or anywhere in between—whatever feels right for you.

Another amazing offering happening at Discover, and another reminder that growth doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes it looks like breath, movement, stillness, and simply showing up for yourself.

Yoga Flow happens every Wednesday from 6-7 pm at Discover. This is a drop-in class, so come when you can- however space is limited. Registration is appreciated. Classes are $15 each.
